It reflects outcomes of many years of project experience. The basis its creation were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>knowledge of business area,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>standard Oracle Business Processes,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>Oracle HR systems best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Kertios applies its own HCM Business Processes library not only for commercial proposal creation (e.g. Scoping) and support of all project phases, but also for other purposes, like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>Demonstration of standard processes to the Customer;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>Formalizing of To Be Business Processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The library is a set of discrete-event diagrams to simulate modeling and demonstrate the result. The diagrams of HCM Business Processes were constructed in a unified format (BPMN 2.0), which is perfectly applicable to such kind of documents and supports visibility and understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In order to see the full picture, plan future To Be Architecture, validate dependences and define bottle necks, HCM Business Processes were prepared in different level of details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>Macro process;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>Detailed processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Currently Kertios library contains 142 HCM Business Processes in 9 HCM domains.
