Our company is from the beginning an official Oracle partner. Therefore, improvement and support the qualifications, competencies and professionalism of each team member is one of the strategic tasks for Kertios.
The following activities support HCM team to maintain relevant level of knowledge and improve qualifications on a regular basis:
- attending Oracle workshops and webinars, where new products/technologies/innovations are presented, and there is also an opportunity to ask questions;
- following Oracle announcements of new features to investigate and test them;
- taking exams to obtain or renew certificates to confirm competencies and skills.
Our team already had Oracle certificates for implementation of the following HCM Cloud modules:
- Core HR
- Talent Management
- Compensation.
This year, we renewed these certificates by passing corresponding recertification exams.
Moreover, team passed the exam and received certificates for implementation of Learning module, which became our new achievement and the next step on the way to obtaining the Talent Management expertise from Oracle.
By developing HCM team, Kertios not only achieves the overall goals of the company, but also provides to customers experienced consultants with proven Oracle knowledge.
