To address the weaknesses of an aging and difficult to maintain information system, Kertios was tasked with creating a new ERP aimed at making the work of customer service personnel easier and improving the tracking of works of art.
The application was fully developed in Windev (PCSOFT) on a SQL Server database. Entirely customer-focused, it benefited from Kertios’ expertise in this field. The significant time savings achieved with this new tool allowed for more “value-added” time to be spent with customers.
Working in an Agile approach, Kertios was able to quickly integrate evolution requests as well as application and evolutionary maintenance of the application.
Users were involved too late into management vision, which led to software being adapted to operational constraints.
The bet on serving the customer better during the commercial and physical phases has proven to be a success.
